CAVEATS

Projects such as those below are typically funded through short-term government grants, which come to an end even though the resulting products remain in the "wild" for people to use. The result is that the projects become starved for resources to maintain and update them. Thus, many of the items you find below are not current or supported; while others have been discontinued altogether and can no longer be accessed. This list thus serves primarily as a historical record.
